Western Blot: Ctip1 Antibody [NB600-261] - Detection of human Ctip1 (Bcl11a) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Ramos (15 and 50 ug), HEK293T (T; 50 ug) and Jurkat (J; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ctip1 antibody NB600-261 used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds.Immunoprecipitation: Ctip1 Antibody [NB600-261]
Immunoprecipitation: Ctip1 Antibody [NB600-261] - Detection of human Ctip1 (Bcl11a) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Ramos cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ctip1 antibody NB600-261 used for IP at 6 ul/mg lysate. Ctip1 was also immunoprecipitated by a rabbit anti-Ctip1 antibodies (NB600-258, NB600-259) and rabbit anti-Ctip1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BLR073G] (NBP2-78710). For blotting immunoprecipitated Ctip1, NBP2-78710 was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for Ctip1 Antibody - BSA Free
