Immunoprecipitation:DDHD1 AntibodyNBP3-29982] -Detection of human DDHD1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 5% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDHD1 antibody (NBP3-29982 lot 2) used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. DDHD1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-29982 lot 1) and a second.inst a different epitope of DDHD1 (BL23169). For blotting immunoprecipitated DDHD1, NBP3-29982 was used at 0.1 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
