Immunoprecipitation: DTX3L Antibody [NB100-2872] - Detection of Human DTX3L/BBAP by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DTX3L/BBAP antibody NB100-2872 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. DTX3L/BBAP was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-DTX3L/BBAP antibody and NB100-2873, which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
