Western Blot:[NBP3-29983]-

Western Blot:[NBP3-29983]-Detection of human MIRK by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MIRK antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. MIRK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MIRK antibody BL8547, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 1 minute and 30 seconds.

DYRK1B is a member of the DYRK family of protein kinases. DYRK1B contains a bipartite nuclear localization signal andis found mainly in muscle and testis. The protein is proposed to be involved in the regulation of nuclear functions.Three isoforms of DYRK1B have been identified differing in the presence of two alternatively spliced exons within thecatalytic domain.
