Immunoprecipitation:Exportin-T AntibodyNBP3-29009] -Detection of human Exportin-T by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Exportin-T antibody NBP3-29009 (lot NBP3-29009-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Exportin-T was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Exportin-T antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Exportin-T, NBP3-29009 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Exportin-T encodes a protein belonging to the RAN-GTPase exportin family that mediates export of tRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Translocation of tRNA to the cytoplasm occurs once exportin has bound both tRNA and GTP-bound RAN. [provided by RefSeq]
