Immunoprecipitation:FAM98B AntibodyNBP3-29752] -Detection of human FAM98B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAM98B antibody (NBP3-29752 lot 1) used for IP at 1 µg per reaction. FAM98B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FAM98B antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated FAM98B, NBP3-29752 was used at 0.04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
