Flow Cytometry: Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (027) [NBP2-90405] - Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse Fc gamma RI/CD64 expression on Raw264.7 cells. Cells were stained with purified anti-Mouse Fc gamma RI/CD64, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (027) [NBP2-90405] - Immunofluorescence staining of mouse Fc gamma RI/CD64 in Raw264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-90405 antibody (1:60) at 37C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
