WB: Experiments gave bands at ~ 55 kDa band, 40 kDa band in human placenta lysate after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Experiments gave bands at ~ 50 kDa band in human placenta lysate after 1 ug/ml antibody staining and in human ovary lysate after 3 ug/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings are reported in scientific literature with different antibodies (PMID: 9786430). This protein has a calculated MW of 35.0 kDa band according to NP_009016.1.
