Immunoprecipitation:Glycogen Synthase AntibodyNBP3-29895] -Detection of human GYS1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GYS1 antibody NBP3-29895 (lot NBP3-29895-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GYS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GYS1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated GYS1, NBP3-29895 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
