Western Blot:[NBP3-29817]-Detection of human GMP synthase by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GMP synthase antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. GMP synthase was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GMP synthase antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.Applications for GMPS Antibody
