Proximity Ligation Assay: GNG11 Antibody (2H5) [H00002791-M01] - Analysis of protein-protein interactions between SMURF1 and GNG11. HeLa cells were stained with anti-SMURF1 rabbit purified polyclonal 1:1200 and anti-GNG11 mouse monoclonal antibody 1:50. Each red dot represents the detection of protein-protein interaction complex, and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
Sandwich ELISA: GNG11 Antibody (2H5) [H00002791-M01] - Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged GNG11 is approximately 3ng/ml as a capture antibody.

Background: GNG11

This gene is a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein) gamma family and encodes a lipid-anchored, cell membrane protein. As a member of the heterotrimeric G protein complex, this protein plays a role in this transmembrane signaling system. This protein is also subject to carboxyl-terminal processing. Decreased expression of this gene is associated with splenic marginal zone lymphomas. [provided by RefSeq]
