Western Blot: GRHL3 Antibody [NBP2-16746] -

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GRHL3 antibody (NBP2-16746) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

This gene encodes a member of the grainyhead family of transcription factors. The encoded protein interacts with leader-binding protein 32 (LBP-32) and brother of mammalian grainyhead (BOM), and may function as a transcription factor during development. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Additional transcript variants have been described, but their biological nature has not been determined.
