Western Blot:[NBP3-30228]-Detection of human HIP55 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HIP55 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. HIP55 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HIP55 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 seconds and 1 second.Applications for HIP-55 Antibody
