HLA A2 Antibody (BB7.2) - Chimeric - BSA Free

Western Blot: HLA A2 Antibody (BB7.2) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43553] -

Western Blot: HLA A2 Antibody (BB7.2) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43553] - Daudi cells lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blot was probed with NBP3-43553 at 0.3ug/ml before detection using an appropriate secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry /Immunofluorescence: HLA A2 Antibody (BB7.2) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43553] -

Immunocytochemistry /Immunofluorescence: HLA A2 Antibody (BB7.2) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43553] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix coverslips stained with NBP3-43553 (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, NBP3-43553, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
