Scientific Data Images for Human 5-HT6 Antibody
5-HT6 in Rat Brain.
5-HT6 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat brain (medulla) using Rabbit Anti-Human 5-HT6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9496) at 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm of neuronal cell bodies. View our protocol for Fluorescent IHC Staining of Frozen Tissue Sections.Applications for Human 5-HT6 Antibody
