Scientific Data Images for Human CD68/SR‑D1 APC‑conjugated Antibody
Detection of CD68/SR‑D1 in Human Macrophages by Flow Cytometry.
Human CD14+ monocytes were selected from PBMCs using MagCellect Human CD14+ Cell Isolation Kit (MAGH105) and cultured for four days in recombinant human M-CSF (216-MC; 10 ng/mL) then stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD68/SR-D1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC20401A) or (B) isotype control antibody (IC0041A) and Mouse anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB3832P). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005). Staining was performed using our Staining Intracellular Molecules protocol.
Detection of CD68/SR‑D1 in U937 Human Histiocytic Lymphoma Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD68/SR-D1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC20401A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC0041A, open histogram). View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.
