Data Example
Detection of CD69 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes untreated (open histogram, blue line) or treated with PHA (filled histogram) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD69 Fluorescein‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB23591F). Treated lymphocytes were also stained with isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003F, open histogram, orange line). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
