Data Examples

Detection of CD69 in Activated Human PBMC by Flow Cytometry. Human PBMC (A) activated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies for 48 hours, or (B) untreated, were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD69 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB23591G). Quadrant markers were set based on isotype control antibody staining (Catalog # IC003G). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

Detection of CD69 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry Human peripheral blood lymphocytes either untreated (open histogram) or treated with PHA (filled histogram) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD69 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB23591G) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003G, data not shown).
