Background: IFN-gamma R2

Interferon gamma Receptor 2 (IFN-gamma R2) is a type II transmembrane protein that associates with IFN-gamma R1 to form a high affinity receptor complex for IFN-gamma. IFN‑ gamma  R2 is required for signal transduction but does not bind IFN-gamma by itself.

    Cell surface staining of monocytes from freshly isolated PBMC with APC-hIFNgR2 (black line). In grey is isotype control. Antibody used at 1:5 dilution. Cells fixed with BD Fix/Perm before acquiring.
    Staining is acceptable but have to be used at very high concentrations.
