Detection of KIR2DL1/KIR2DS5 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human KIR2DL1/KIR2DS5 Alexa Fluor® 700‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1844N) and Mouse Anti-Human NCAM‑1/CD56 PE‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2408P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC002N). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
