Background: RGM-A

RGM-A is the founding member of the RGM family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)- anchored axon guidance proteins. It is a disulfide-linked dimer of the N‑terminal and C-terminal RGD-containing segments. RGM-A binds with high affinity to Neogenin.
