Scientific Data Images for Human Olig1, 2, 3 PE‑conjugated Antibody

Detection of Olig1, 2, 3 antibody in A172 Human Cell Line antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of Olig1, 2, 3 in A172 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.

A172 human glioblastoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Olig1, 2, 3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC2230P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003P, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Background: Olig 1, 2, 3

Olig1 and Olig2, which have been implicated in oligodendrogenesis, are expressed in the region of the ventral ventricular zone of late embryonic spinal cord where oligodendrocyte progenitors appear. Olig3 is transiently expressed in different types of progenitors of embryonic central nervous system and then disappears in the course of development. In adults, expression of Olig3 is primarily detected in neural tissues.
