Sample Tested: Citrate Plasma, Cell culture supernatant and Platelet-poor Citrate PlasmaVerified Customer | Posted 05/08/2026Representative standard curve for the HYAL1 ELISA demonstrated strong assay performance. HYAL1 concentrations measured in mouse plasma at the 1:20 dilution provided the most reliable quantifiable signal within the linear range of the assay.Mouse HYAL1 ELISA performed well with plasma diluted 1:20, but no detectable signal was obtained from RAW264.7 cell supernatant. The assay produced usable results in plasma under the tested dilution, suggesting the kit and workflow were functional for that sample type. However, RAW264.7 conditioned media did not yield measurable HYAL1, which may reflect low or absent secretion in this system, insufficient assay sensitivity for culture supernatant, or interference from the sample matrix.
