(#3) Imidazole-Alkaline Phosphatase conjugate (IDZ-ALP).
(#5) p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate (pNPP) substrate. Ready to use.
(#6) Wash Buffer (10xPBS-Tween). Dilute 10 fold with distilled or deionized water to 150 mL prior to use.
(#7) Stop Solution, 3N NaOH.
96-wells microtiter plate (#S). Twelve strips of 8 detachable wells, coated with Anti-Imidazole antibody.
Calibrator containing 0, 1.0, 3.0 and 9.0 µg/mL of imidazole.
