Western Blot:[NBP3-28898]-Detection of human IRF2BP1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, Jurkat and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-IRF2BP1 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. IRF2BP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-IRF2BP1 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.
