Western Blot: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) [NBP3-11671] - "Western blot analysis using Jagged 1 antibody (J1G53-3) at 1:1000 dilution.1: Human Jagged-1 Fc fusion protein.2. Transfected human Jagged-1 cell lysate (HEK 293).3. Mock transfected HEK 293 cell lysate.Immunohistochemistry: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11671]
Immunohistochemistry: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) [NBP3-11671] - Immunohistochemical staining of JAG1 using Jagged 1 antibody (J1G53-3) in Pancreas, Acini and Duct (2.5 ug/ml). This antibody has been tested in immunohistochemistry, analyzed by an anatomic pathologist and validated for use in IHC applications against formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues. The image shows the localization of the antibody as the precipitated red signal, with a hematoxylin purple nuclear counterstain.Flow Cytometry: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11671]
Flow Cytometry: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) [NBP3-11671] - FACS staining of human Lymphocyte(CD4+) using Jagged 1 antibody (J1G53-3) (PerCP).Surface Plasmon Resonance: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3)Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11671]
Surface Plasmon Resonance: Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) [NBP3-11671] - SPR analysis of the interaction between Jagged 1 antibody (J1G53-3) derivative hJagged1-Fc fusion protein. SPR response was taken when 13, 6.5, 3.25, 1.625, and 0.8125nM of J1G53-3 were injected onto the hJagged1-Fc fusion protein. J1G53-3 exhibited the highest binding affinity, and its property and binding ability was studied in detail by spectroscopy and surface Plasmon resonance (SPR). The result acquired through SPR was as follows: Kd value was 1.08nM and value of chi-square was 0.0237 through SPR analysis.Applications for Jagged 1 Antibody (J1G53-3) [FITC] - Azide and BSA Free
