Immunoprecipitation: MAD2L1 Antibody [NB100-563] - Detection of human MAD2L1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MAD2L1 antibody NB100-563 (lot 3) used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. MAD2L1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot 2) and by rabbit anti-MAD2L1 antibody NB100-564.
