Western Blot: Matriptase/ST14 Antibody [NB100-2308]
Western Blot: Matriptase/ST14 Antibody [NB100-2308] - Detection of Human Matriptase/ST14 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from MCF7, OVCAR4 [OV], SW620 [SW], RPMI8266 [RPMI], and 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Matriptase/ST14 antibody NB100-2308 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunoprecipitation: Matriptase/ST14 Antibody [NB100-2308]
Immunoprecipitation: Matriptase/ST14 Antibody [NB100-2308] - Detection of human Matriptase/ST14 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Matriptase/ST14 antibody NB100-2308 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Matriptase/ST14 was also immunoprecipitated by Rabbit anti-Matriptase/ST14 antibodies A, B and C. For blotting immunoprecipitated Matriptase/ST14, NB100-2308 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for Matriptase/ST14 Antibody - BSA Free
