Immunoprecipitation:MIER3 AntibodyNBP3-29805] -Detection of human MIER3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MIER3 antibody (NBP3-29805 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MIER3 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-29805 lot 1) and a second.inst a different epitope of MIER3 (BL11419). For blotting immunoprecipitated MIER3, NBP3-29805 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
