Detects mouse Semaphorin 6B in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 6B is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, recombinant mouse Semaphorin 3B, 3C, 3E, 3F, 6A, 6C, 6D, or 7A is observed.

Semaphorin 6B is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the Semaphorin family. It is highly expressed in human brain and is expressed at lower levels in other tissues. A splice variant of Semaphorin 6B encodes a secreted protein.
