Q: I wonder if you would be interested to send me an aliquot of H00112609-B01P anti-Mrap2 antibody to test as we have Mrap2 KO mouse and I believe it would be an ideal control for your antibody. We have tested many antibodies against Mrap2 and most of them work for overexpressed protein in a cell line but not for brain lysate. Would be great to test it in IHC on wt brain vs KO for specific staining as well.

H00112609-B01P is an Abnova antibody, a Taiwanese company that we distribute for. Based on the datasheet, this antibody has been tested to work against transfected cell lysate (please see the Western blot image). It has not been tested in tissue lysates, nor cell lysates examining endogenous expression.
