Product Description

MRS 2768 tetrasodium salt is a selective P2Y₂ agonist (EC₅₀ = 1.89 &#956M). Displays no affinity for human P2Y₄ or P2Y₆ receptors. In a mouse model of myocardial infarction, pre-treatment with MRS 2768 protects cardiocytes and heart tissue from ischemic damage, and reduces circulating levels of TNF-α.
