Western Blot:[NBP3-29618]-Detection of human NFXL1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NFXL1 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. NFXL1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NFXL1 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
