Background: Norrin

NDP (Norrie disease (pseudoglioma)) has a role in Wnt signaling pathway. Mutations in the NDP gene are related to health conditions such as Norrie disease and familial exudative vitreoretinopathy. NDP is known to have interactions with LRP5, TSPAN12, FZD4 and FZD8.
