Immunoprecipitation:NSBP1 AntibodyNBP3-28948] -Detection of human HMGN5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HMGN5 antibody NBP3-28948 (lot NBP3-28948-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. HMGN5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HMGN5 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated HMGN5, NBP3-28948 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
