Nutlin 3a is an MDM2 antagonist (IC₅₀ = 90 nM); inhibits the MDM2-p53 interaction. Active enantiomer of Nutlin-3 (Cat. No. 3984). Induces expression for P53 regulated genes. Suppresses tumor growth in vivo >98% in prostate cancer and osteosarcoma cancer models. Antiproliferative.
