Q: What is the exact application for the NB100-64847? In your datasheet, you describe the applications are FLOW, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, but in the Uses section, you describe This antibody is useful for Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Flow Cytometry. Which is right? And in the Recommended Dilutions section, you describe Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Immunohistochemistry- Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry, but there is no any information about the dilutions. What are the dilutions for this applications?
A: NB100-64847 has been tested and validated in flow cytometry and IHC-Frozen tissues. I've corrected the datasheet to reflect these changes. The recommended dilutions are 1:10-1:50 however they need to be optimized for the customers purposes.
