Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PFKFB4 antibody [HL3254] (NBP3-48782) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
