Q: I'm trying to detect PIK3R4 by NBP2-38276 antibody in HeLa cells induced autophagy by amino acid starvation. However, it doesn't go well. The protocol is followed : Fixation:PFA, 20min, RT, Permeabilization:50ug/mL Digitonin or 0.3% Triton X-100/0.1% BSA in PBS(-), 5min, RT, Blocking:3% or 5% BSA in PBS(-), 30-60min, RT, First antibody:1:50 dilution, 2hr at RT or O/N at 4C. Please show me a detailed protocol.

Unfortunately, we have not tested our PIK3R4 antibody in amino acid starved cell lines, so we do not have a protocol that we can recommend. I would recommend searching the literature to see if there might be a publication that can offer you some additional information.The image on our site was obtained by staining U2-OS cells using the following protocol
