Western Blot: Prodynorphin/PDYN Antibody (HL3295) [NBP3-48788] -
Various tissue extracts (50 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Prodynorphin/PDYN antibody [HL3295] (NBP3-48788) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
