Scientific Data Images for Protein A Antibody
Detection of Multi-species Protein A by Western Blot.
Western blot shows recombinant Protein A Long, Protein A, Protein G (neg). PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Protein A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB99763) (Left) or an irrelevant Rat IgG (Right) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Protein A at approximately 55, 33 kDa (as indicated) only with MAB99763. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Multi-species Protein A by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Protein A Long, Protein A, Protein G (negative control), loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Protein A at approximately 40, 58 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Protein A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB99763) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Protein A Antibody
