FAQs for Rabbit Rabbit IgG ELISA Kit (Colorimetric)

Q: I have ordered NBP1-40610 MMP9 Antibody(EP1254) a primary antibody. As I want to do flow cytometry analysis I wanted to know wether the above ordered primary antibody is already labelled or would I have to purchase a secondary antibody? If yes what is your recommendation for the type of secondary antibody to be purchased:Biotin, FITC or HRP labelled. Also as the above MMP-9 antibody is isolated from rabbit would i have to order anti IgG Rabbit antibody?
A: Our MMP9 antibody with catalogue number NBP1-40610 is unconjugated, and you would need to use a secondary antibody that has been conjugated to a dye for detection when performing Flow Cytometry. NBP1-40610 is a rabbit antibody of the isotype IgG. You can see all of our anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies. To select a conjugate, you can use the search filters at the left hand side of the webpage.
