Immunoprecipitation: RFWD3 Antibody [NB100-68207] -
Detection of Human RFWD3 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RFWD3 antibody NB100-68207 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. RFWD3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RFWD3 antibody NB100-68206, which recognizes an uptream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated RFWD3, NB100-68208 was used at 1 ug/ml.
