Western Blot: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242]
Western Blot: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242] - Detection of Human and Mouse RNF20 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF20 antibody NB100-2242 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Western Blot: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242]
Western Blot: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242] - WB analysis of RNF20 in HeLa whole cell lysate. Image submitted by a verified customer review.Immunoprecipitation: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242]
Immunoprecipitation: RNF20 Antibody [NB100-2242] - Detection of human RNF20 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF20 antibody NB100-2242 (lot NB100-2242-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. RNF20 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NB100-2242-1) and rabbit anti-RNF20 antibody NB100-2243. For blotting immunoprecipitated RNF20, NB100-2242 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Western Blot: RNF20 Antibody - BSA Free [NB100-2242] -
Overexpression of H2BK120R efficiently reduced H2B monoubiquitination levels.a. HEK293T cells transfected with an RNF20-specific siRNA or a control siRNA and with a GFP-tagged H2BK120R mutant plasmid or an empty GFP plasmid were harvested after 48 h of transfection. Cell extracts were prepared and analyzed by western blot with the specified antibodies. b. HeLa cells were transfected with an RNF20-specific siRNA or a control siRNA and with a GFP-tagged H2BK120R mutant plasmid or an empty GFP plasmid. Cells were harvested after 48 h of transfection, and cell extracts were prepared. Western blot analysis was performed with the specified antibodies.
