Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human ROR1 mAb(NBP3-48407). (A) NBP3-48407 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express ROR1. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48407 was seen compared to the control when incubated with ROR1-expressing AGS cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48407 to ROR1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/mL.

ROR1 is encoded by this gene is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase that modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. It is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
