Description
This antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigen resins attached to a solid phase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum. Analysis by SDS-PAGE was used to determine that this preparation is substantially free of aggregates and shows a banding pattern consistent with purified Rabbit IgG.

Western Blot: Serpin A1/alpha 1-Antitrypsin Antibody [NBP1-78098]
Western Blot: Serpin A1/alpha 1-Antitrypsin Antibody [NBP1-78098] - Goat-anti-Alpha-1-Anti-Trypsin (red), Rabbit anti-Transferrin and Mouse-a-GST were used in a multiplex system to detect target proteins under reducing (R) conditions (+4% BME) in albumin depleted human serum with 320 ng of added GST. Sample was run by SDS-PAGE, transferred to 0.2 um PVDF using the Trans-Blot Turbo and blocked in 2.5% Blotto, 2.5% BSA, 0.02% Tween over night at 4C. Membrane was probed with three primary antibodies at 1:1000 dilution (in buffer over night at 4C). Detection shown was using DyLight549 Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG (shown as green) DyLight488 Donkey anti-Mouse IgG (shown as blue), and DyLight649 Donkey anti-Goat IgG (shown as red) at 1:10000 (in buffer 30 min RT).Applications for Serpin A1/alpha 1-Antitrypsin Antibody - BSA Free

Application Notes
This product has been tested by LEISA, SDS-PAGE, and western blot. This product is assayed against 1.0 ug of Human Alpha-1-anti-Trypsin in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG and TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 is suggested for this product.
