Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30544]-Detection of human SESN2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SESN2 antibody used for IP at 1 µg per reaction. SESN2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SESN2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SESN2, was used at 0. 04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
