Immunoprecipitation: SET1B Antibody [NBP1-28684] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SET1B antibody NBP1-28684 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. SET1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SET1B antibody NBP1-28685, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SET1B, NBP1-28684 was used at 1 ug/ml.
