Western Blot:[NBP3-29038]-Detection of human SIX4 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SIX4 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SIX4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SIX4 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 3 seconds.
