Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29100]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29100]-Detection of human SLC1A4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SLC1A4 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SLC1A4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SLC1A4 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SLC1A4, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
